Saskia Reicheld is our Practice Manager here at James Street Medical. She keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes so our doctors, nurses and reception team can focus on what matters most; looking after you and your family.

With years of experience in healthcare administration, Saskia is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both patients and staff. She has guided practices through accreditation, developed systems that make care safer and easier whilst also works closely with the team to ensure every visit to our clinic is a positive one.

Saskia believes that a good practice is built on respect, fairness and genuine care for people. She enjoys getting to know our patients and is always happy to listen to feedback, answer questions or help solve any concerns.

Outside of work, you’ll often find Saskia out going for a run, spending times with friends and family or glued to her kindle.
