Fees at James St Medical Northbridge

At James St Medical Northbridge, we operate as a private billing practice. Please be informed that certain procedures may incur additional charges. For specific details, we encourage you to consult with our reception team.

We are pleased to offer bulk billing services exclusively for children aged 12 years and younger. This service is available to eligible patients from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 5 PM. Private billing applies to all consultations scheduled before 9 AM and after 5 PM on weekdays, as well as on weekends and public holidays.

Please note that Dr. Chloe Ting does not offer bulk billing services.

If a patient fails to attend their appointment or does not cancel more than 2 hours in advance, a fee of $50 will be charged for ‘Late Cancellation’ or ‘Non-Attendance’.

Additionally, any investigations or referrals made by the doctor may incur private fees charged by the respective service provider (e.g. pathology services).
